Description
This class is held on Saturday, March 9.
Learn about the stages of labor and birth, the partner’s role, coping and breathing techniques and the postpartum period. You will also take a tour of the new Mother Baby Center. Class is for the expectant mother and partner and should be completed approximately four weeks before your due date. Please bring lunch.
