Chilton Hospital’s Deborah Zastocki is Named Treasurer of New Jersey Hospital Association|
Chilton Hospital President and CEO Deborah K. Zastocki, DNP, RN, is named treasurer of the Princeton-based New Jersey Hospital Association (NJHA). In this position, she will serve as a key member of the organization’s Board and Executive Committee.
Zastocki is responsible for chairing the Board’s Finance Committee and reporting back to the full Board about NJHA’s financial standing. The treasurer’s post puts her in the succession plan to move through the executive positions and ultimately become NJHA board chair.
An accomplished administrator, nurse, educator, and author, Zastocki began her career at Chilton in 1990 as vice president of Patient Care Services. In 2004, she joined the ranks of only 25 other female hospital CEOs in New Jersey. Her leadership has helped Chilton achieve numerous awards and accomplishments over the years. This includes overseeing a $24 million hospital-wide modernization project. Most recently, Chilton become the first hospital in the state to achieve Pathway to Excellence® designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center under Zastocki’s guidance.
