Chilton Hospital Auxiliary Raises $65,000 From 2010 Fundraising Efforts, Donates Money to Hospital 01/27/2011
The Chilton Hospital Auxiliary raised a total of $65,000 during 2010. On January 24, 2011, the organization presented a check in that amount to Chilton Hospital President and CEO Deborah K. (Pompton Plains, NJ) - By maintaining ongoing fund-raising programs, the Chilton Auxiliary has donated more than $4 million to the hospital for the purchase of major medical equipment and the support of health care programs. The group was organized five years before the hospital was built. The Auxiliary operates the hospital Gift Gallery. Fundraising activities include a biannual Fashion Show, the annual Tree of Lights, the Brick Walk, the Casino Night, plus a variety of activities that accommodate a wide range of talents, ideas and energies. Auxiliary meetings provide opportunities for fundraising organization, education and socialization.
