• 6:30 a.m. - Golf Breakfast and Registration
• 7:30 a.m. - Morning Golf Shotgun Start
• 8:30 a.m. - Tennis Breakfast and Registration
• 9:30 a.m. - Tennis Round Robin Begins
• 11:00 a.m. - Buffet Lunch & Afternoon Registration
• 1:00 p.m. - Afternoon Golf Shotgun Start
• 6:00 p.m. - Cocktail Reception
• 7:00 p.m. - Dinner and Awards Ceremony
• 8:30 p.m. - Silent Auction and Raffle
Golf reservations are available for 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. tee off. All reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and must be accompanied by payment. RSVP with payment is requested on or before May 20, 2013.
Only 400 tickets will be available at $100 each. Combined winners’ prizes will total 50% of the amount received for all tickets or rights to participate.
Potential Prize Pool:
1st Prize - 60% of the Prize Pool up to $12,000
2nd Prize - 20% of the Prize Pool up to $4,000
3rd Prize - 10% of the Prize Pool up to $2,000
4th Prize - 10% of the Prize Pool up to $2,000
Drawing will be held the night of the event.
