| Chilton's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is one of only 16 New Jersey recipients of the Beacon Award for Critical Care Excellence, which recognizes the highest standards in critical care, including such areas as professional practice, patient outcomes, leadership, ethics and an optimal healing environment.
Patients requiring specialized cardiac care or monitoring are admitted to our ICU or Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), both staffed by registered nurses with advanced certification in critical care.
