Chilton Hospital's Physician Outreach Program is designed to create a more consistent experience for our community physicians and their staffs, as well as to build and foster collaborative interactions and open communication. Within the program, designated physician outreach team members are the primary contact for physicians, practice managers and staff throughout Northwestern New Jersey.
Our team is available to address questions, concerns and issues, as well as provide information about Chilton's services and programs. They are also available to meet the ongoing needs of our physicians. Our ultimate goal is to foster positive relationships between Chilton, the Medical and Dental staff and all community physicians.
