| Chilton's Pain Management Center helps individuals with chronic pain related to disease, injury or chronic medical conditions. Some of the most common types of pain we treat include the following:
- Lower back, chest and neck pain from such conditions as disk disease, whiplash, sciatica, facet joint disease and spinal cord injury
- Shoulder, arm and hand pain
- Myofascial pain (muscle, tendon and ligament pain)
- Neuralgias, or nerve pain, including Shingles, diabetic neuropathy, trigeminal neuralgia and pain following nerve injury
- Nerve pain caused by abnormalities of the sympathetic nervous system, such as reflex sympathetic dystrophy, causalgia, CRPS 1 and CRPS II
